Cos you're biased against AJ, but deep down you must know AJ was a deserving winner.

Joshua vs Miller is more likely. I think Hearn wants Joshua to move on HBO, because HBO is more likely to make Joshua vs Wilder a ppv fight.

With all due respect, I think you should rewatch the fight. Parker is a great fighter, people were under-rating him - but to find so many rounds for him is very hard to believe (I gave him 3 FYI). He just wasn’t doing anywhere near enough offensively. He was doing a good job tactically to blunt Joshua, but Joshua was taking those rounds by just getting off (slightly) more. They were close rounds, but rounds that Parker was losing.

Parker’s stock went up a tad, Joshua’s down a tad more. Even though he just defeated an excellent, undefeated champion!

Anyone know the differences between the British and American broadcasts? Was either particularly better than the other, of higher quality...?

Mauro Renallo or whatever his name was grated on my nerves the bit of him I could tolerate him, anyway.

No, I don't think he was the clear winner, I scored basically every AJ match a shutout for him aside from the Wlad fight, your eyes deceived you tonight. It is what it is, that happens to nationalistic fanboys all the time.

In the beginning it worked good for Parker, but Parker just couldn't shorten the distance against AJ.

Paulie, Mauro and Al were all basically saying what I'm saying, this is a very close fight, and we don't know how the judges could be scoring this. (But they really did) They were very fair, I take it the majority of the posters watched the Brit feed.:bananaride:lol:

I had far more to gain from Parker winning as I had a financial stake in the fight, but it's clear even to me that Joshua was the better man tonight. As much as it pains me to admit my bet was doomed.

No one was a clear cut better man, both were tentative, fight was close throughout, Parker edged it, watch the American feed, you might see the match fairly as I did.

I’m laughing my **** off at Fury’s video
Anyone would think he was looking in a mirror, the bloke was never any good even in the smash n grab win over a completely disinterested Klitschko.

Slipping and sliding round the ropes, pushing out arm punches, the bloke couldn’t knock the skin off a rice pudding at his best which was a looong time ago. He’ll never be relevant ever again, the booze, fast food and substances that he’s forced into, up and down every orifice in his body have killed that chance.

I don't recall exactly how much weight he gave up tonight, but there was two inches in height and I believe a six inch reach advantage for Joshua.

Just the bigger man, and he was a part of a fight tonight that had a whole lot of smothering going on in it. Neither man looked optimal under those conditions and what everyone gets out of it is a speculative, near interpretive decision. Boxing is weird sometimes.

Hey guys. The ref did not help but AJ was impressive today. He deserved the win.

I came on to eat humble pie and admit that AJ won deservedly.

Well I was biased for Parker so I'll gladly admit I wasn't the most fairest of observers, however even with my preconceived ideals I never really felt my bet was safe and that because Joshua always seemed in control.
