Dwyer makes a good case for Parker but he did pick Ortiz and Wlad to win also. He was close to collecting there but not close enough.
Personally, the more time has went on, the further I've drifted from believing Parker can win. I don't think he's being underestimated, in fact maybe the opposite of that is true in the media. I haven't ever watched him and been really impressed, or thought "Wow, this guys the business". Never. I've seen a few where I thought the opposite though, including his Hughie Fury fight which I think he drew. AJ is obviously a totally different fight to Hughie, but nonetheless, I've seen Parker look clumsy many times and I think this speed and in fact movement that they keep talking about is some kind of myth. AJ by mid-late KO
I was talking about Esb’s own dinovelvet and why the result was shocking to a hater ilke him. And I wasn’t claiming to be a prophet, just simply explaining why I wasn’t all that impressed with Joshua’s victory.
I never said they weren't if that's what you are implying, I was actually agreeing that Parker is being underrated.
Are we talking about the same guy that fought ruiz jr right??? No he's not being underestimated but maybe he can rise to the occasion
This. I've seen Parker's fights. I've yet to see the comic book version of Parker, however, this Samoan heavweight Neo I keep hearing about. The only thing that can undo Joshua here is pacing, IMO. But he should be too savvy for that at this stage. Joshua wins this comfortably, by mid-late stoppage or clear UD (117-111 at worst).

What a smug twat but well done. Though the cards were a little too wide everything you said was true of the night.
To be honest, I'm just indirectly poking fun at a small few who can't accept an outcome. It wasn't a particularly hard fight to envisage, so I don't really deserve any kudos. I was hoping that Parker would show the consistent initiative his supporters were clearly expecting of him (would've made it more entertaining), but, at the same time, I've never seen him display the degree of dynamic attacking ability required for him to trust in himself and go for it in this matchup, so I wasn't expectant. You had to think that both guys would approach this one conservatively, each for his own nuanced reasons, and that Joshua's solid basics tied to the range he possesses would allow him to exert steady pressure and sweep rounds.
Nah fcuk that you take all the kudos you can lol. Not many thought it would go to the cards. You got it spot on. Respect. Will definitely take notice when you predict a next fight, i need to win some money back from the bookies anyway!
