Looked decent till he got knocked out, boxed pretty smart.

Would like to see him back at domestic level, think he can regain the British title and retire on a high.

Price redeemed himself and proved that when he has the right training and mentality that he isn’t a million miles away from being a top 10 HW.

Based on that he should fight on and aim for a european title.

He has some more defensive training to do, to drill into him the basics he was never taught, so he can be more effective.

Price did himself proud and boxed well last night, shame about how it ended but he put in a good effort. If he boxes on he needs to keep active and beat some journeymen and step up slowly, maybe finishing with a British title.

He showed heart and courage to even get in the ring with Povetkin. Then he went down got back up and came back fighting. The man is a lion. He subscribes to the warriors code. At the end of the day he weren’t good enough, but we all knew that pre fight anyway and he showed us all that he still has a bit about him.

He’s been absolutely wronged by the sport and I wish him well in his future endeavours outside of boxing.

Got to respect big pricey, he won the event.

But imo he should carry on at domestic level. He'd probably get 100 grand purses for a few years vs the big domestic names. And if he keeps the form up he'd clean up. Povetkin couldn't really break the ear mit defense and was cautious of coming forward to the body.

Howard Foster should be banned for standing still for 5 secs after clearly noticing Price was out on his feet.

Any decent ref would have prevented that needless final punch.

He stops Groves for next to nothing then when a fighter needs saved he does nothing.

Price could have suffered serious injuries with that blow and Foster must have been hypnotised with all the previous powder puff fights on the undercard.

Watched the fight again and get more annoyed with Foster with every replay.

Not watched it back but i'm sure he robbed Price of precious seconds after he bashed Pov, looked like he gave him a standing count!?

The only time Price looked in trouble was when he went into the hands up gloves either side of his head position. He was a sitting target body and head but just needed to move or at worst grab. Get that out of his head and learn to use his feet better and he would right a lot of wrongs. Who’s training him now?

I think povetkin could have hit him harder but knew he had won the fight. I would have to watch it again but that could have killed him. Free punch With his hands at his side from a big punches is brutal stuff. Price did really well. I don't think he could have done any more really.

He’d win a British in his next fight. Dubois and a motivated Chisora are the dangerous ones. He’d beat Sexton again, Gorman, Allen, Cornish and H Fury handily.

He was boxing very well in there. Povetkin was scared of him, I think if Price had had one more fight in between his last and this he’d have won. Foster should have just let Price wade in and bounce Povetkin’s head about when he had him hurt. But he looked after him more than he looked after Price.

Anyone who ever took the **** is an idiot anyway. It’s always been clearly mental with him and not about talent. In a soppy world where every little thing has a new diagnosis for mental health you’d think people would be more understanding towards a man who gets in a ring in front of thousands and fights.

Spot on. Couldn't belive he gave him a standing count. If he never done that im sure Price would of finished him.

Ref was awful. Hope i never see him in the ring again.
