I'm now convinced that prime Joe Louis may have stopped AJ

    Louis, Charles, or Walcott.

They were all very good about getting into position, staying in the pocket, and hitting you with something you didn't see coming.

I don't even see it as a difficult fight and I reckon, sadly, even historical boxing fans sleep on posture fighting.

But Louis, IMO, is an overall better fighter than Parker. Quicker hands, massive punching power proven against super heavies and better combination punching ability.

Not saying it'd be easy, but I think Louis may indeed prevail.

He can be all that and extra but that doesn't change the facts that he would have a massive size disadvantage.

Hence "still". Highly doubt he catches him up either but time will tell.

What would he do with himself when he ran out of cruiser weights to kill?

What do you think that the winner of Usky Gassiev is going to do next?

Somehow I don't think they plan to hang around at cruiser weight!

In practice they will probably find themselves moving into a division with one very strong champion.

If they had done it when guys like Martin held belts, then they could have done very well for themselves!
