Chisora posted a story on Instagram with a poster for this fight - makes it seem very likely and I'd be keen as hell to see this happen, it would be an interesting fight!

This is a very decent undercard fight under a HW title
main event. A crossroads fight, (more for Chisora than
    Takam).

Chisora has been exposed at this point though.

There are not really any unanswered questions about how to beat him. Just be busy and have a good jab.

He fights like someone who has devastating knock out power but doesn’t hold any Knock outs when he steps up above British level (other than Malik Scott).

Everyone knows that Joyce would out point him, hence that has been dodged. Takam would win a UD over Chisora too...but it would still leave him highly ranked which is what he wants.

Carlos Takam is basically Dereck Chisora x3. Basically better in every department! Even David Haye said this after sparring Takam for his fight against Chisora.

Takam's chin is arguably even better as well. Power is even I think! David Haye also said Takam is tougher and more durable.

Takam is the more complete fighter, better jab, defence, counter punching, movement etc.

But if Chisora can come in good shape, around 240lbs he could maybe outwork Takam for periods and make it close. Takam does like to fight in spurts and unlike most of Chisora's opponent, Chisora won't be at a big height and reach disadvantage.

But in the end I think Chisora won't be in top shape as per usual. He'll do well in spurts but won't be able to sustain his work rate for long enough periods to consistently pressure Takam. Takam wins a decision.

Takam wide UD or late stoppage.

Takam would tear Chisora out at this point. Chisora can't maintain the kind of pace he could a few years ago, in my opinion he showed a fair amount of decline in his last career loss.

I don't think Takam's chin is better, but he is faster, smarter and much more skilled

David Haye disagrees with you. And he's sparred / fought both.

Joshua couldn't KO Takam after landing 10 rounds of flush punches. So he must have a solid chin!

Carlos Takam at his best beats any version of Dereck Chisora.

We can't be sure which Chisora shows up. If he's up for it then this could be a cracking contest.
