Why are no upcoming boxers utilizing the shoulder roll? It's such a tremendously effective technique

This. It takes a lot excellent footwork and upper body movement. Lacking those two thinks is making yourself an easy target. Broner is a perfect example of how the shoulder roll is no good if you lack the footwork.

 

Because most can't do it.

So true. All you gotta do is hold that left arm at a 90 degree angle while keeping your right glove high, then it's just a matter of swivelling your torso around a lot and shaking your head. Just as easy as it looks on TV and guaranteed to bring you success in gym wars, give it a whirl.

Second on the list is a ****ing gun. Third is a knife and IF you should actually land up in a "street fight" I'll tell you what works. What works is a leg kick right on the knee and a straight to the gob. And pray the guy isn't a martial artist or you're going to end up in traction after that.
