    Lara is toothless in mentality, and that (moreso than his hitting power) is what precludes the notion of him stopping Hurd, for me.

    I did. Lara was robbed big time. The only fault I could find with him was his low output.

    Hurd isn't Williams though. He's a bit crude, but he will have more on his shots. Where Williams would just stand at reach length and throw a million punches, with decent footwork. Hurd will plod forward, throwing punches that have a bit more behind them than Williams death by 1000 cuts.

    Harrison has overrated power, he couldn't hurt Nelson, McCalla and shockingly Valenzuela Jr. he's one of those guys who can bomb bummy fighters out of the ring, but his power all but disappears when he takes a step up in competition. The only guy who hasn't been effected by Lara's power to date is Canelo, which isn't shocking, because he clearly has an excellent chin, Lara's power isn't one punch KO level, but like Ward and Mayweather, he keeps fighters from rushing in.

    Anyone would look low output against Williams.:lol:

    And it doesn't matter how much Hurd's punches have on them, all he'll be hitting is air.

    We'll see. I view Hurd as a tougher fight than Angulo. Lara will get much deserved credit if he wins this.
