Canelo popped for Clenbuterol

I& guys are getting popped at Amateur level then safe to assume a good while though I’m not gonna vilify him for it since I don’t need to pretend he’s the only one.

Two years ago he started saying "Before I move up, I have to listen to my body, I can't fight at MW -> YET!!!! <-". Looking back it's clear now he was already juicing back then and building up his physique for the planned move up.

That's a whole different question that wasnt specifically asked. The answer to your question still revolves around the continuous problem the country of Mexico has, that inject and administer clebuterol to their livestock to increase the quality of meat they sell in their meat markets. This isn't a new problem and has been documented for several years prior. Could Canelo have been juicing with the drug clenbuterol as opposed to a designer steroid that would really help his performance? I highly doubt it.

 

1) Clenbuterol helps cut weight w/out losing muscle mass. If you're trying to be as muscular and light as possible at the weight, it's clearly going to help
2) It cycles out pretty rapidly, helping to dodge vada testing
3) ... and this is the kicker, Clenelo has the built-in excuse of "Mexican meat" should he fail a test. It's a no-brainer to take this juice for him.

 

You're doing too much 'READING' and not enough common sense... Lol

 

Commonsense would suggest that two failed tests for clenbuterol would indicated that yes, he was on clenbuterol.
