Impossible to know for sure, we can all speculate but it might have been for many years or could of been just for this one fight. But whatever the truth is, now he's failed these 2 tests, his entire career has to be looked at with skepticism. That's the danger of cheating, even if you were clean before that one failed test makes your whole body of work questionable.

 

Vada caught him. The only drug lab that is legit. The previous test were probably with USADA. I'd say he was on it for a long time until Vada knocked on his door.

 

Yea, his physique has looked a lot thicker/denser the past 2-3 years. Your muscles do mature with age, but he got pretty darn thick and muscular which is not easy to do with all the cardio these guys do. I think he started as welter so didn't come up that much in weight, but when u look at when guys like Oscar got heavier through their career, they also got noticably softer. Canelo put some solid muscle on, keeping very well conditioned. I think there were some pics going around of acne rash on his back or shoulder's at one point also.

Contaminated bottles are a real health problem in Mexico. We just don't hear about it a lot because VADA aren't testing enough babies and children ahead of their gym classes.
