What fight can frank deliver that is going to generate ‘‘millions’’ for Tete especially in that division?

Tete is fighting fairly regularly and was due to be the main event of a BT card before he pulled out earlier in the year. Frank also offered Hearn the chance of hosting a Burnett- Tete fight on sky and also covering Tete’s wages which was refused. Now you could say frank knew that Hearn wouldn’t accept and it was BS but Hearn would have had frank by the balls if he called his bluff.

 

Williams had two chances at Smith and jacked in the first fight (yes, I know Lockett stopped it but I’m sure he discussed it with him before he did and saw that he was happy to be pulled out) and then he was utterly pathetic in the 2nd fight. So he has to go to the back of the que and wait and hope that frank engineers him another WBO shot In a year or 2.

You can’t really be suggesting that Liam Williams could ever generate anywhere near the level of interest of a Dubois or Yarde?
Whether they turn out to be trash or not, on paper they are exciting, heavily built, athletic KO artists which will of course appeal to the public.

Frank has gone to sleep or having some kind of difficulties at the moment, but they are the only ones capable of fronting his business at the moment.

 

Exactly especially as he can't sell out his living room. Can't think of a British boxer who has been so badly promoted profile wise, really is shocking. If you done a nationwide poll who would have won Crolla or Flanagan I bet 90% would say Crolla, purely as their heard of him ! (Don't agree for record). Also I bet for every 10 people who have heard of Crolla only 1 has heard of Flanagan.

 

He’s not going to be the face of a boxnation resurgence but he’s a decent boxer and a good show filler. This Selby - Warrington card could have been an ideal show for him. Find an English man for him to contend with and have a dual battle.
