It won't really matter , little details would be ironed out.

The bigger picture is does the incompetence of Wilders handlers tell him to walk?

And if they do they clearly have no faith in him!

At the end of the day Wilder isn't the brightest guy and his career so far reflects that.

Imagine fighting for over half a decade BC you were unsure you could at least have a shot at beating someone in 2 fights?

Honestly this guy is a disaster waiting to happen and its BC of Hus OWN team.

$2m career high vs $30m career high.. yeah A-side Wilder.

    12k attendance vs 90k attendance.

    Subscription tv vs 1M+ PPVs

Well if he's not cashing out here on a guaranteed 2 fight deal what is a potential 40 million 3 fights should he win at least one fight....I don't know what a cash out is then? Lol

The offer A flat - fee $12 with zero % of the PPV share or gate revenue - take it or leave it. .
    =
    Hearn pricing himself out.

If Wilder does not take the offer, Joshua can just fight Povetkin, Haye, Oulev etc, let the mandatory Dillian beat Wilder, then we will have a even bigger rematch fight with Joshua vs Whyte.

And thats exactly what Hearn is hoping for , hence the low ball offer.

Whatever anyone thinks about the offer, Wilder deserves less % of the ourse than Parker. Joshua has one more belt now, and has done all the hard work.

Povetkin will be a more exciting fight.

If it is correct that Wilders biggest payday was $2.1mil against Ortiz then it is over 8 x more than his biggest payday if it is $17.75mil

    Nearly 8 and a 1/2 times

Im no expert but on the outside that does look a good offer

Thats only if what I have written is correct. I dont know if it is $17.75mil or not

Joshua has one more belt now, has done all the hard work. Of course Wilder deserves less than Parker! Truth.

    I agree with that.
With Joshuas fight with Parker it was Joshua holding 2 belts to Parkers 1, but now if he were to face Wilder it is Joshua holding 3 belts to Wilders 1, and it is Joshua who has taken the risks and bigger fights to get to that position

    Exactly.

Wilder has done nothing to help himself, but fight top 50 guys on Boxrec nobody has ever heard of. Whyte is better known than Wilder.
