    Round 3

Vargas Peláez is landing some more jabs now, ducking and weaving askance from the plunging flurries of Salka. A few steeply climbing right hands clang onto the face of Salka, buzzing him slightly. Low hooking combos by Salka, unable to back Vargas Peláez off. 1-2 by Vargas Peláez, falling short, with a counter right by Salka grazing as he steps back. Vargas Peláez marches inside and forces the issue, landing his next 1-2, snapping the head of Salka back violently.

    10-9 Vargas Peláez

    29-28 Vargas Peláez

    Round 4

Vargas Peláez is jabbing high, getting blocked. Salka answering each single jab from Vargas with a lightly kissing four-piece straight volley into the chest while leaning backward. Salka is landing flurries aplenty on the face of Vargas between the gloves on the backfoot, even as Bernard Hopkins starts crowing nonsense about how you "never want to do what Salka is doing and throw punches on someone else's terms, backing up" (wtf are you talking about, B-Hop? You're supposed to have a boxing IQ of like five million, and you're here gas-lighting the audience into believing that boxing on the backfoot isn't an integral skill in this sport? The HELL? :dunno). Salka doing a great job, regardless of what drunk uncle Bernard is spouting, landing point-scoring jabs and flurries on the face as Vargas Peláez keeps lunging in, occasionally landing a body shot but otherwise getting blocked when he goes headhunting, especially with the hooks which Hopkins & Osuna somehow think are landing.

    10-9 Salka

    38-38

I didn't see that BS and have no intention of going to see it, but I read online that at the end of the movie the most powerful black people who ever lived were slaughtering each other to protect white people.

    LMAO!

Am I the only one that was super confused about what was coming out of Bernard & Bernardo's mouths there, in the fourth?

Is this the Twilight Zone? Hopkins was criticizing Salka for having "nothing on his punches" - yeah, no ****, he's a feather-fist with 4 kayos in his pro career. He's point-scoring, that's what guys like him set out to do, by nature.

This is the first time I have ever heard B-Hop fully sell out and give blatantly fake & biased company man commentary that simply doesn't reflect what is unfolding in the ring.

    Round 5

Vargas Peláez is jabbing the guard and prodding Salka into the ropes. Hooking attack on the body sustained by Vargas Peláez, causing Salka to suck wind uncomfortably. Salka opens himself up to more body hooks whenever he flurries, and his reserves of energy seem to be depleting, so he's doing more backing straight up without throwing anything, inviting Vargas Peláez through the unlocked front door. Short uppercut by Vargas Peláez drops Salka by the ropes just before the bell. Not a very concussive knockdown but the body shots are taking a toll and Salka rides the count deep, eight and a half, you can tell by body language he's thinking of quitting. He beats the count, saved by the bell.

    10-8 Vargas Peláez

    48-46 Vargas Peláez

Never heard B-Hop shill anywhere near this bad, and this isn't his first rodeo in terms of calling mismatches for Golden Boy prospects by any means. :nusenuse:
