Usyk would style and profile all over wilder, making him look an absoloute novice, schooling him round after round after round

Then wilder would land one right hand, Usyk would be carried out on a stretcher and wilder would do some weird dancing

Ortiz gassing does get ignored. People act like wilder just figured him out when actually ortiz just gassed badly and couldnt move out the way of shots anymore.

I see ortiz in the corner prior to the last round and knew exactly what was coming

Usyk would get robbed blind if it went to the scorecards.

Boxing is so corrupt these days that the A side divas have all the advantages.

Yes. Usyk would outbox Wilder, but Haymon's judges would rob him. Wilder has HAYMON BOXING INSURANCE! I was Usyk make a total fool out of Joyce who is 6 feet 6 inches tall and out weighed Usyk by a huge amount! Joyce could not touch him at all, Usyk boxed circles around him and he would do the same to Widler. Haymon would not allow Wilder to fight Usyk..............

The "power" talk is a bit overrated here. Wilder found a way to land a right hand on Ortiz from round 5 but knocked him out only in round 10, because Ortiz didn't have the durability to utilize proper movement and defense anymore.

Szpilka, although he tried to be careful against Wilder is a reckless fighter in general and this couldn't be changed overnight. He was getting hit with the right hand repeatedly going into that 9th round, so this was inevitable and Kownacki only proved that.

Usyk is a superior technician, but I'm bothered that he relies only on his skills and speed, but not IQ.. He didn't outsmart Briedis but just proved he was a better boxer. And against Wilder he'd have to figure out a way to dismantle his right hand before he gets KOed. Things will get clearer after he fights Gassiev, though.

Szpilka was never any good. He was a glass-jawed football hooligan before he fought Donkey, and he was one after he fought him too.

He was dropped by a useless 300lb walking blob of lard named David Saulsberry who is a very poor man's Dustin Nichols. Granted an in shape, fully motivated Nichols with a full 8 week camp is a beast but I'm taking about the chronically depressed woefully out of shape Nichols who would empty a bakery everytime he felt peckish and who was drinking enough whisky a day to fill an Olympic sized swimming pool.

Szpilka also got bounced up and down like a yo-yo in consecutive fights by Tony Soprano wannabe Mike Mollo. Going into the first one Mollo was 1-2-1 in his previous 4 fights (the win coming against a 23-11-1 bum and the draw coming against an 18-11-1 bum) and coming off a 2.5 year layoff. Mollo dropped him x 3 in total in both those fights (twice in the first and once in the second) and hurt him on numerous other occasions.

And Szpilka got stopped by Bryant Jennings who isn't exactly a puncher.

I'm sure I recall seeing Szpilka being rocked and hurt in other fights too.

^^^ This is all pre Donkey Szpilka

No one's talking about Brook vs Spence here except you. You want to feel Spence beat a fresh version of Brook go ahead.

Yeah, it's amusing how Szpilka is bigged up as an opponent because he had a closer than expected fight with Wilder. He's always been sloppy and glass jawed, and had already been figured out by Jennings before Wilder ever fought him, as well as coming close to defeat in those two shoot outs with Mollo.

Getting knocked unconscious is never going to do anyone any good, but plenty of fighters have been knocked out cold and gone on to have decent performances afterwards. It's always the long drawn out wars that take it out of guys and shorten their careers.

Szpilka got beaten by Kownacki because Kownacki was better than him. There was nothing in that performance that should lead any clear thinking individual to suspect that Wilder had anything to do with it.

Exactly, he was never any good. Donkey's opposition is woeful. Absolutely woeful.

When will people realize that wilder only had one objective in that fight and that was to brutally ko szpilka he wasnt trying to win a boxing match.
