Why wasn't Calzaghe given more credit for his wins against RJJ and Hopkins?

let me know, again, why you are the only one of the thousands of ESB readers who didnt realise the point I made with that number.

Meanwhile, another reply from you I am looking forward to is to my post here -
I expect you'll reply along the lines of -

"HAHAHA HEROL!! Calzaghe and Hopkins never went to a job interview together! And neither of them is dead! you lying again?! HAHAHA"

I rate the prime version of Kessler higher than the version of Hopkins that Calzaghe beat. Hopkins peak was late 90s. Yes he was able to enable a gradual decline, but he had a decline regardless.

I'm not interested in u picturing Calzaghe with guns. ..

You didn't answer the question. Your BS hypothesis point was invalid because speculation is not needed. It's a factual fight. So I'll ask you again. Why are you hypothesising about a 30 & 40 year old here when you know there actual age & conditions at the time? (That win was sandwiched between beating the #1 LHW Tarver, Winky Wright & #1 MW Pavlik.. & nor was he 43 you lying twat!

This whole JC hating thing doesn't go very well for u son does it?! You've lost the ability to recall how many times you mention him (it's so frequent) as evidenced when you humiliated yourself on that thread the other day, when you forgot you even mentioned him only a page before lol the same thread in which u also pulled me up for being ONE day out with regards to Ricky Burns birthday, calling it a fail?! Wtf is this **** then?! 43? Implying a 10 year age gap? Rambling senile old fool..

More rambling..

No, I'll reply along the lines of 'stop talking guff u melon, go to boxrec, look up there DOB, get back to me & tell me how old Bernard Hopkins was? & how old Calzaghe was? Then you can explain why you are pulling people up on ages whilst lying about them yourself? Why you're picturing Calzaghe with guns going to job interviews? & why you are implying a ten year age gap between them? Oh sorry.. It was 13 at the last count wasn't it?

Roy deserves criticism for messing Nunn around. But other than that, he didn't duck anybody.

I will add to it who beat Joe ? ...Who beat him ?
My wife was so star struck He asked here my name and she forgot it We had been together for 20 years at that time . !
Joe was the best of his era never ducked anyone and if he was not why is he unbeaten.
Steve Colins jacked it in when he had to fight him He packed it in because Joe was a danger

Calzaghe deserves about as much credit for beating Jones as Lewis does for beating Tyson.

You can't score a fight then.

Sorry. How many punches did this " video analysis " take away from Hopkins, who really didn't land anything hard either?

Hopkins and his fans are often in disbelief when he looses, and let's not mince words here, Hopkins, an Ex Con can be racy.

Joe out landed Hopkins in jabs, power punches landed and % of punches landed.

Man up here, Hopkins badly tired and looked like John Ruiz late, except he had far less activity. Furthermore he faked a low blow in round 10 to rest. This is not the first time Hopinks tired to milk an injury

As I pointed out, the only judge who saw it for Hopkins was the crooked Judge: Adalaide Byrd 114-113. You can stand with her. She was the same judge who thought Canelo won via large margin over GGG.

I'll take the other two judges and Harold Letterman, who correctly saw it for Calzaghe.

This. :deal:

What he did to young prime undefeated belt holders like Cloud and Pavlik was impressive, but neither of those guys was a Mikkel Kessler.

From memory, it was quality vs quantity. And compubox is heavily flawed.
