    Shane Mosley didn't get banned for admittedly doping and using EPO Hormones and steroids.

    Bernard Hopkins didn't get banned for refusing to take Anti-Doping tests before fighting Pascal. Pascal even dared him to take the tests at their press conferences and Hopkins erupted in anger.

    Floyd Mayweather Jr. failed his anti-doping tests with VADA, but Floyd's team pulled some strings with VADA and test results were "covered-up".

    Barry Bonds also failed his anti-doping tests and Bonds didn't get banned.

    If Hopkins, Mosley, Floyd didn't get banned for not taking the anti-doping tests neither should he.
