I don't think Arum did that since all it did was hurt both Bradley and Pacquiao. Arum isn't dumb so I'm sure he would have seen that coming.

 

That could also just mean that he read the scorecards before they were officially announced. That isn't super uncommon. I think the fight was always supposed to be a draw though unless someone suffered a knockdown because those cards were pretty ****ing weird.
