Something to do with his great grandad being a sponge man for Henry Armstrong lol......other than that I’m not sure?

Deary me, where do you start with this pish? If anyone has a "soccer crowd" attitude it's clearly you, buddy. Why do you bother with boxing when you're so fanatical? Away and cheer some team sports ffs.

I wouldn't go, if I were him. He got skewed scorecards in two fights on US soil, what are the odds he gets fair treatment in Belfast? He isn't knocking Frampton out, and he's getting robbed if he outboxes him again. There's being willing to travel, then there's being a dumbass and setting yourself up to get mugged off.

Fair play to Donaire. Kept Carl honest in there. Carl did what was expected though. I want to see a Selby or Valdez fight! Great fights! Glad to see Frampton back in the swing of things. Brilliant little operator.

He gave Frampton his word. I used to be the biggest LSC nuthugger on these boards, until he went back on his word that is.

When can we finally see Frampton against Rigondeaux? 2 jackals, both having a win over Donaire. Come on, make it happen!

    Fanatical about what?

I don't even care particularly for Santa Cruz. Nonetheless, he boxed the return exactly as I'd expected him to box the first bout (picked him the first time and didn't hesitate to pick him again, figuring that he wouldn't neglect to use the full range of his skills twice in a row). The same Frampton showed up both times, but the difference was Leo. The scorecards were generously wide for Frampton the first time around, and generously close the second time around.

If you have a point to make, be a man and make it.

Rigo is still a very good fighter even though he embarrasses himself often. Frampton wouldn't want it with him even if Rigo was 50. Both are short compact boxers but Rigo is level above anyone at 122 and 126 still.

I didn't pay much attention to what was said between them. That's an assurance that I'd never have given him if I were in LSC's shoes, though, especially after the scorecards on US soil. Zero chance of a fair shake in Belfast.

Be a man? What are you gibbering about ffs? You just seem to have a really feisty, opinionated attitude that's not really based on objective ideas about boxing, like you're patriotic or biased for some reason. I just like boxing and can see that usually there can be good debates about scoring, with each side giving reasons for their view. Guys like you just troll out lots of unfounded, bombastic nonsense as though it was undisputed fact.

    This,

"Deary me, where do you start with this pish?"

You act like you've got an issue with something that was said, and then start attacking the poster instead of outlining your dispute. That's unmanly.

Oh, heaven forbid. Wouldn't that be the worst thing ever on a boxing forum? Who ever heard of such a thing?

Then again, maybe you're the overly excitable one who can't deal with someone's opinion.

The scorecards were poor in both fights. Frampton getting the decision in fight one is fine, but the scorecards were too wide. When Santa Cruz clearly outboxed him out west, the scorecards were very close.

I'm not hispanic. Grow up and learn to deal with others' opinions or at least debate them.

He did give him his word that he would go to Belfast, though. I wasn't joking about that.

I'm all for American fighters getting robbed over seas so whether he got a fair shake or not doesn't bother me lol. The only thing that tops that for me is a good old juicy PED bust lol
