    Look I picked Broner to win, and I scored it fairly wide for Vargas, but from the 5th to the 12th, many of those rounds were hard to split, a lot of near 10/10's, Vargas did impressive body work, but Broner landed the better and far cleaner shots up top, Broner was blocking and slipping much of Vargas' incoming fire, and here's the reality, when rounds are that close, in Broner's neck of the woods, it shouldn't be considered a shocked if they all score them for AB, Vargas lacked the workrate late and allowed Broner back into the fight, and some of the judges may have overrated his success, that being said, 115-113 for Broner is completely off the walls bat****.

    Imagine that, the supposed money fighter who is a headcase and can't even whip Jesse Vargas at this stage of his career gets a generous gift.

    Damnit, I had Vargas by decision. Not a good night for betting :(

    It was a close fight but I think Vargas banked too many of the early rounds. I don't think Broner won any of the first 4, maybe he nicked six of the last eight but even that is debatable.

    I had a parlay of 50 dollars that would have netted me 450 dollars if Jessie Vargas had been given the decision just now. :lol:

    But the thing is, PBC cards AT LEAST give you good fights.

    Boxing is a business, you have to ask yourself, you have three fighters on a card. One, a talented 23 year old who is undefeated and is looking at a fight with a superstar. Two, another undefeated super-talented undefeated young fighter. Three is Broner, a squatty 5-6 welterweight with 3 official looses and a few controversial wins...

    And who headlined the card?

    The one who brings the most eyeballs.

    Against Walsh, Tank was wearing a variation on Mayweather's trunks for Marquez. Looking at these replay clips on SHO, it seems he was wearing a variation on Mayweather's trunks for Baldo. I'm now sure that Floyd is designing Tank's gear for him and patterning it after his own old ring outfits. Talk about control. :lol:
