He's a moron and its dumb to take some random dudes anecdotal word. No one has beat the CIR test and its been nearly 20 years. Seriously you say that about Lance and you're basis is some random dumbbell?

Agencies do not directly test (that's why they have WADA accredited laboratories) though UKAD is great at accepting BS TUEs like, oh 100lbs of triamcinolone and truck loads of Sabuterol. UKAD are ridiculous though, they failed to find Wiggin's jiffy bag. Want to talk about incompetence?

So Vada and UKAD are both willing to let Joshua cheat? On the basis that "Joshua must be roiding", despite undergoing more testing than any US boxer.....All US boxers are drug cheats.

AJ is now a twice per year fighter and will only fight once more this year.

Which is totally predictable for someone on cycles. Two 2-3 month cycles per year in between fights.

He is certainly on better gear for him now. The other gear was making him put too much bulk on.

Roy Jones failed a test as a champion and it was hidden, not made public and he just carried on as normal.

When a superstar cash cow is involved often these failed tests get misplaced or lost.

Btw, I didn't know agencies like UKAD don't do the testing themselves....

Agencies are like a referral service. They do the planning and scheduling. But the actual testing is done by labs. The testing agents are a 3rd contractor who has to be phlebotomist. There is a whole gigantor apparatus. There are professional testing agent companies that will fly phlebotomist around the world to take samples.

I happen to go to a lab that does some of the testing and when I hear people say that the testers are paid off I find it nothing but funny.
Here is probably something not many people realise The lab I go to has athletes samples sent from all over the world not just the UK (yes including the USA ) People seem to think that somebody gets tested and its then sent to the lab, it isn't. It's sent with 100s at a time. Nobody in a lab would have a clue who they are testing, it's just a number.
That doesn't mean that I don't think there could be corruption, but it would have to take place before or after the lab. They don't even know where or when they will receive samples

There is no such thing as a clean body builder, they all cheat the system one way or the other, believing otherwise is absolutely stupid and I feel offended just by you being near me.

They're not supposed to if things go right. The samples are supposed to be locked into the fort knox level BEREG kits, then encrypted so you cannot tell what sample goes where. Only the sanctioning body is supposed to have the codes to decipher what sample belongs to which athlete. The lab only has one part. The antidoping agency has the other. And only the sanctioning body has both parts.

HOWEVER, this is boxing and they don't take it to that degree. And since testing only goes as far as the boxing training regiment, everyone knows whose samples belongs to which athlete.
