Have you seen the Lemieux fight? He busted the guy up. And didn't even have a mark on him at the end. He came out of that fight looking like the way he came in it. Average Puncher? You wouldn't be saying that if Saunders put it on lemieux in those mid-rounds when lemieux was finished. He'd be on the canvas, but Billy Joe chose to be safe rather than to increase aggression and take unnecessary punches.

He met arguably the hardest puncher in the division according to some people, and completely schooled him. It's one of the most dominant performances of the last decade. HE did the damage in that fight, not Lemieux. Does anyone else in the middleweight division dominate him like that?

Absolutely not. Charlo would get hit by Lemieux and sent to the canvas. Jacobs would win easily on points but there would be shaky points in the fight for him, and it wouldn't be as dominant. Canelo wouldn't have the speed to avoid all the punches, and would win a decent 12 round decision, nothing special. Even GGG's performance wasn't as dominant.

Only GGG can win a proper war against Saunders. Billy Joe is a gypsy. He knows how to box, but he also knows how to fight. You haven't seen it yet, but believe me, gypsies know how to fight, it's in their DNA, it's what they do. A lot of people think if Charlo and BJS met in the ring and had a proper tear up that Charlo would walk right through him. WRONG. Charlo would be on the floor, embarrassed. You don't fight with a gypsy, unless you're GGG. You have to box them. But how do you beat BJS in a boxing match? You don't. You just lose.

BJS-Charlo is the one I want to see, BJS is underrated in my opinion. I think BJS beats Charlo and Jacobs personally.

Who would you pick if BJS vs GGG happened later this year?

I lean Golovkin, telling myself that the best Golovkin gets to BJS through pressure (mental/physical) but BJS has a chance, a legit chance IMO. Golovkin wouldn't land in combination too often against a moving target & BJS has a chin. Out boxing Golovkin is a whole lot different to his last fight or Willie Monroe, & I know that but man BJS might just have the style to catch an ageing GGG.

GGG is not the same fighter, & BJS is improving. I think it's a closer fight that most will predict. What do you think?

Same, I also think it's a close fight now. In fact I'd be tempted to pick BJS just based on the timing; this is not a prime Golovkin and I expect BJS to be very motivated which is an important thing for him.As you say, BJS has a good chin, and is hard to hit, so is likely to go the distance. And if so, he has the skills to potentially win a decision.

A few years ago Saunders admitted that Golovkin would beat both him and Eubank Jr on the same night. He said that he'd have to wait a few years for Golovkin to decline before he could win. He was being honest. Now he says that he has improved and Golovkin has declined, and he thinks he can take him now. Who knows, he might be right.

Beats Clenelo, Jacobs, Jermallo, Boo Boo and everyone else at MW with the exception of Triple GGG and possibly Derevyanchenko. There isn't a man born from his mother from anywhere in the entire continent of North America between 154 and 175 who can beat BJS 2.0.

While that is a good point, how much of that was due to the opponent in front of him?

It played into his hands. But his technique is a lot better than it was before. Had he fought Lemieux the same way he did Akavov, he would have been KOd.
BJS has clicked well with his new trainer and they fixed some really bad flaws. And they improved his lead hand. He completely controlled Lemieux with his lead hand. Probing, feinting, not stepping while jabbing (something Lemieux did and why GGG jabbed him to death. Every time Lemieux was setting up a punch, he would step/lean on his front leg.); those were major improvements.

Of course BJS has to prove himself as well in future fights.
