He cut the ring off against Monroe Jr. who is one of the quickest guys at 160. Yes he has no power or skill, but he's still quick.

He did cut the ring off vs Canelo. He didn't stop him or beat him up badly, but he did cut the ring off.

I disagree canelo moved around the ring at will when he wanted to. He didnt cut off the ring get inside and go to the body on canelo. He barely landed anything of note besides a jab canelo landed the cleaner harder shots in that fight.

Actually I think Jacobs right now is probably H2H the best at 160. Golovkin got by him barely when he was 34. Now he's 36 I think Jacobs would be favored in a rematch. GGG and Derevyanchenko in the mix as well.

He may or may not improve on what Jacobs did. So I'd say he's a pretty serious threat.

When Canelo landed his best punch GGG walked right through it in a literal sense. I remember Canelo landing a huge overhand right hayemaker flush on the chin. Canelo looks happy and satisfied with his punch. But then Golovkin absorbs the shot, slowly walks forward with short steps, Canelo's eyes do a weird thing where they open wide and enlarge, he has an expression of absolute disbelief on his face. And then Canelo retreats straight back into the corner while being followed by GGG.

Of course it's possible. Could be 50/50 at this point.

Yeah he has a great chin no one is disputing that but it has nothing to do with cutting off the ring.

And yet, Jacobs is considered G's best opponent! Says a lot about the level of opposition G has faced if what you say about Jacobs is true.

Listen i am telling you charlo fan boys now, DJ is much better offensively and defensively than Charlo. GGG will win against Charlo. Charlo doesn't have the defence to handle a GGG offence and power.

Why is Charlo fighting nobodies if he wants to build his name?

This is not an ambiguous situation here GGG is tied up with #1 Clenelo and #2 BJS 2.0 and he either fights both of them or at least one of them if a fight with the other can't be made. That's how it stands right now and Jermallo will just have to sit and wait his turn like a good little boy. He doesn't get to jump the queue just because his spastic fans are impatient to see him get his weight bully ass hype bubble burst, which is exactly what's going to happen. GGG is tied up with #1 and #2, and then after that there's a whole bunch of guys who can stake a claim for the #3 spot. These clowns are carrying on like Jermallo should be ranked over Clenelo and BJS 2.0 lol. Off the back of him beating a peg-leg cripple and Centeno who got KTFO by Soft Fists Sulecki lol.

This is the clear number 1 and 2

    1. Clenelo
    2. BJS 2.0

Then we have (in no order)

    Derevyanchenko (mando)
    Jermallo (mando)
    Murata (WBA regular champ)
    Jacobs

Now instead of devoting all this energy crucifying GGG for pulling a future duck of Jermallo why not push for your boy to try and do something to separate himself from the pack to earn himself that #3 slot so that when GGG has finished his business with 1 and 2 he's the clear cut candidate for a shot at him. And the way he does that it obvious: He fights one of the other guys in that pack.

It'll be easier for the also-rans to face easy pickings and just wait for 3G, rather then face the other top contenders themselves. So I sort of expect that to happen. Let's call it the "Haymon matchmaking Effect".
