    This time Oscar will make sure the PEDS are in El Pollo's water bottle......................the WBC has made the decision that Golovkin will not have to fight the WBC mandatory. So, Charlo might have to fight Jacobs to get the right to fight Golovkin, but Charlo only fights cripples and Pee Wee Herman!
