    Anyone who criticizes Wilder for not taking a “career-high payday” vs. Dilly Dilly Whyte needs to use the same logic on AJ if he turns down this career-high payday.

    Is this a genuine offer though? Have team wilder - famous underpayers and non ppv attraction suddenly got the finacing to issue the biggest guarantee in boxing history? It sounds like BS but if Showtime say its legit and Joshua says no then its an obvious duck.

    Maybe this is Wilder's way of taking a lesser % but saving face. Say they expect the fight to make $70m-$80m for example that's Wilder getting about 30 or 40%. My maths isn't great so that's just a rough guess at the percentages but you get the gist.
