I dislike AJ and his so called "brand" as much as you. He's a glass jawed fraud. The heavyweight division is a wasteland. That's just how I see it. I don't like wilder either but he's got serious difficulty selling himself as he is clearly an outspoken fool and he's been knocking over far too many cans. Something I seem to be able to do is to push my emotions to the side and look at it dispassionately. Both Hearn and Haymon know this can be a huge fight but the first thing that needs to happen is wilder needs to get a fan or two. Or you know, sell out a stadium. This is how maximising profit works. How? The fight will be broadcast in the UK on a PPV platform from Sky via Matchroom's organising. Joshua has TV rights with Sky to broadcast his fights. Hearn and Sky cannot be sidestepped here.

Do you really think Eddie Hearn has been mugged off and will get nothing out of this? He has less work to do and perhaps will end up with a slightly lower comission but he is still getting paid.

Which I think is why Hearn said he wants guaranteed the money is there now. Not an offer and then try and raise the the money. They will want it guaranteed and I assume would want it placed in an escrow account.
