I'm HOPING the penny may have finally dropped for Matchroom with their prospect match ups. They've been delayed with progressing Buatsi, and they need to start stepping him up now, but Okolie v Chamberlain & Watkins for commonwealth, Kelly against Molina & then for commonwealth title, Ritson to an extent. Think the next round of match-ups for the Olympians will tell us more. I love the way Cyclone have moved Taylor, wish more would follow their lead, you have faith in a fighter, you back up that faith

Great fight for Josh a massive step up against guy been in likes crawford and matthessee. Shows faith have in him thibk he genuine be star in a year or two.as some have said if likes Warren and matchroom did this all be happy rather than 1-100 shot type fights example buatsi yarde dobt need go crasy but least fights will prepare them better and main thing test them and be competitive

You think postol will beat Taylor?

 

Will certainly be looking to back Postol if the odds are in Taylor's favour.

Postol is no mug mate, he is a very talented boxer. If Josh gets through him its a huge statement given where Josh is at in terms of number of fights. If/when Crawford officially steps up to 147, if Josh wins this fight it makes him close to no 1 at super lightweight. Postol is legit top 4/5 at the weight at the moment. Only loss came to Crawford.

 

Embarrassing that Edinburgh as a city doesn't have a venue to hold this.

 

Glasgow is the bigger city with more money... thats just the way it is. However down the line in a super fight we may end up seeing Josh at Murrayfield. What a spectacle that would be !!

Don't think that's got anything to do with it, just don't think there is anywhere suitable to host it in Edinburgh as there isn't anywhere like the SECC or Hydro, which is embarrasing.

As you say when he's a world champion they may look to Easter Road or the Castle Esplinade.
