Canelo should be removed from the WBC ratings if he doesn't enroll in the VADA random testing program. The WBC have already removed numerous others for not enrolling and most of them would never have tested positive either.

 

He's currently serving a suspension from boxing. Once his suspension is over I'm sure he will gladly get back on VADA.

 

Wasn't he on the VADA program once before getting off for a bit?

 

What sense does it make having a recent offender not being part of the program? It just provides the offender with the opportunity to reuse with the knowledge they won't be tested.
