Canelo popped for Clenbuterol

What indicates that Canelo won't be tested until August? If he signs to fight a Golovkin rematch next month for September, surely both sides would agree to VADA testing which would commence during the remainder of his suspension. Is there a rule that says you can't be tested during a suspension?

6 month suspension for a failed test is already nearly nothing - so how much more can you mitigate that?

If this is all done above board then it clears his name as far as him being a PED cheat.
