Wilder's latest vid only further adds to the impression that this is a publicity stunt. Why the wildly desperate rush for Joshua to commit to an offer that so far is devoid of details and as yet hasn't even been presented formally? FFS Hearn is meant to be meeting them tomorrow (after they already cancelled meeting for today)! They can't hold on that long??

Wilder and his team are some wacky dudes. An awful lot of odd behaviour coming from them atm

    Man this is sickening,

incoming: Wilder, Di Bellend, Winkle and the legions of deluded Bomzqod fans claiming AJ "wants no smoke" "doesn't want that work" "wilder the baddest man" "AJ shook" "Ortiz was a better win than WK"

Youtube is about to become a cesspool of casual filth and delusional idiots. I hope the The Plague doesn't spread to here.

That's what I'm wondering is the devil is in the details. What if they want 20% cut of Joshua's next 10 fights in the contract and is 50 million the split or joshua's guarantee? What channel is the fight to be on in the UK would It break joshua's contract agreement with his current t.v partner? The fact that wilder won't negotiate unless they agree to a contract before seeing it? Means that this is just a publicity stunt.

    Agree

But I think they’re trying to get the public involved so Hearn will look uncertain if he refuses

    Getting very interesting, now

If this is not about both teams trying to promote the fight, I think wilder's team trying to use This stunt cuz he's going to face breazeale next and they're going to use this to hype is name otherwise showtime won't allow the fight to be aired cause in reality, no one wants to see wilder/breazeale

Agreeing and signing the contract are different. Why not agree to the amount you said you would fight for and then if the contract doesn't hold up then don't sign it and move on. Call their bluff if it is a bluff. Or maybe Hearn is shook cause they threw the 50 million out there thinking that he would never get that and now WIlder's team is calling their bluff and offering it

Hearn already said they'd would be in at 50m once they get the particulars ironed out. He replied right away. Who's shook? Really if you take this email and video as legit... smh.

    AJ already said "yes"

Why did team Wilder ignore this and say they would only meet if AJ agrees?

Yes means yes, unless you are Team Wilder where "yes" means "we will ignore it and say you are ducking"

    wtf

I don't get what Hearn and Joshua are supposed to accept here. No paperwork has been sent over, no clear terms have been defined, no negotiations have even taken place. Joshua's already agreed to fight, and Hearn has publicly stated that he's willing to sit down with Haymon and Finkel provided they can provide proof of funds and ensure prior contractual obligations aren't in danger of being breached, so I'm not sure what else is needed.

Why are Wilder's people now threatening to walk away if their demands aren't met, when those demands haven't even been clearly stated yet? They have the funds (so they say) so they're in a great bargaining position already.

    The whole thing stinks.

Joshua has said he wants to fight Wilder ASAP! If Wilder deaf? After Joshua signs to fight Povetkin, a figher Wilder refused to fight, then Wilder will call out Joshua! Povetkin was proven innocent, so there should be a Povetkin Wilder fight, Povetkin is older now, that's what Wilder wanted.............

Posting on twitter saying ''lets go'' isn't agreeing to anything.

    Its vague nonsense.

All Hearn/AJ has to do is respond to the email and say we accept the 50 million and we would like to discuss the contract further face to face.

Sadly they don't want the fight.

Who can blame them really when it means the end of the road for their biggest asset and face of british boxing in Joshua.

Joshua loses and uk boxing goes down the drain. Hearn isn't going to take that risk
