You can prove funding by putting the $50,000,000 into Escrow with a time stamp.

Then provide a legitimate contract that benefits and favours both parties by way of mutual consent.

THEN we know you are serious.

It is borrowed money and they only have it on loan from whichever backer. That money is more useful for said backer sitting in a bank account gathering interest at 2% per annum ($1,000,000).

This should have all happened behind closed doors. Instead they tried to get a PR victory and have been left exposed.

Hearn yesterday said something along the same lines.

He basically said if you want me prove we have $100 mil I would have it in the account the same day.

One side is a professional business while the other is making offers from fighters with misspelt emails.

Apparently Matchroom only have exclusivity with Sky for fight on British soil.

Thats an interesting twist as they can use the sky platform without Hearn/matchroom. Hean knows this and knows he and his company will ultimately not make the money they have from previous fights

This sadly looks like smoke. If their intention is to secure the fight then ask yourself, why put a 24 hour deadline on agreeing to it, if they have the money ready.. keep it on the table.. and work the deal out. I like Wilder, but this is pure showmanship in the knowledge that AJ can't agree to a deal he has no details of.. all he can do is what he has already done, said "let's roll". It's an impossible scenario.

It's publicity and I am pretty sure both sides can find ways to avoid each other whilst blaming the other side. It probably is in both Wilder's and AJ's interest to delay the fight as long as the boxing public can be kept on the hook. As much as we all want to see this fight, it is seemingly not going to happen this year.

Hopefully I am wrong, but call me a cynic. I ain't buying this hype.

Sending an email saying "accept the 50 million offer" isn't doing anything.

    It's vague nonsense.

Right.....and Eddie's twitter offer of flat fee of 12 million with no date or venue where people such as yourself were hounding Wilder to accept, was clear, was it?

Eddy Hearn didn't say he won't talk to team Wilder if they didn't accept. His prepared to meet and discuss without unrealistic deadlines set.

Also who's to say Hearn's offer didn't have the points of interest?

It certainly would of been a lot more professional than a misspelt email which Wilder sent.

Eddies offer was crap... any flat fee in a title fight is but it was at least a genuine offer not a pr stunt.

It was a take it or leave with a 48 hour deadline to accept.

    Very little difference.

Hearn sent an actual contract not a poorly worded email written in pigeon English with smiley faces at the end.

Amateur hour from the US and the Wilder muppets

There is a huge difference. Hearn never said he wouldn't negotiate. Hearn never said he wasn't prepared to talk.

Cry me a river will you!

Yesterday before Finkel he came out with these comments, you and others were pleating on about how Wilder's offer didn't include details on where the money is coming from.

Now you're worried about meetings lol

How about you worry about your boy finding his balls to fight Wilder!

If the offer is fake, Team Joshua can EASILY own them publicly. The reason that I think it's real is because they laid out very specific terms. And Team Wilder DID make this a public offer by giving the statement to Boxing Scene.
