Um, Wilder. By the way, Wilder wants to fight AJ towards the end of the year, so there's room for both fights before 2019.
Boxing is the winner in this highly anticipated clash of the elite of the division. Sorry, snark mode disengaged. I think Wilder has too much for him in pretty much every department. Hopefully Breazeale can prove doubters wrong and put up a good performance. Having seen wilder push himself against Ortiz I don't want to see him drop the levels of his opponents.
Wilder claimed, as part of his farcical "offer", that the Joshua fight must come next. Breazeale's version of events appears to contradict this narrative. This whole thing is just so damned fishy. Can't wait to see what comes out of the Hearn/Haymon meeting later today (assuming the latter doesn't cancel again).
Breazeale will have had two title fights he didn't deserve if this happens. Much like his last opponent Molina.
Not so, apparently they've just informed Hearn that the meeting is on but they've moved it to Al Haymon's secret moon base and that if he's isnt there in 2 hours it's cancelled. Hearn was last seen heading for Elon Musk's spaceport to try to beg a ride.
I heard it was the piñata with the AJ mask that Wilder nearly fell over trying to hit. Apparently it was promised that the encounter would serve as a final eliminator and it has been training hard in anticipation.
Breazeale is tough but has been knocked down several times and I wonder if the Joshua loss affected him. Breazeale a former Joshua opponent is arguably going to be Wilders best opponent
Breazeale is taylor made for Hybrid - slow and limited power. Can't see Breezy avoiding Jessica's windmills. Just to note Joshua fought Breazeale in his 17th fight. Hybrid will be fighting him in his 41st. just saying.
