Oh yes indeed. Grim in places but a classic. Made in Britain is another great from that era with a young Tim Roth.

No way brah, I just like evidence and there's no evidence to suggest that he wanted to meet Team Wilder, at all.

    Great film.

Archer, the vegetarian who refused to wear leather boots, he was a great character.

People that believe Hearn's BS are the same people that believed Arum in regards to the Mayweather- Pacquiao negotiations. All this stuff will come to light once they fight. If you dont think Finkel or Haymon have 50 million when they've made some of the biggest fights in boxing history then I dont know what to tell you.

But AJ said lets roll and Hearns has said multiple times he is interested if the money is real, why is that not enough for the meeting to happen.

This is all a bit silly, why go through social media? why not just all get in the same room and talk and get the negotiations started? Sounds to me like an attempt to stir up a bit of media attention, possibly both camps are in on it trying to build the fight.

It's no deal unless Joshua stops taking Hearns slave wages, leaves, and signs with Wilder's new promotional company Bomb Squad Promotions.

Do you think Haymon just hands over 50 mil for fun.

Fights are supposed to make money.

It's like when Khan and Pacquiao agreed to fight and then some people thought they could just get some billionaire Arab in Dubai to fund it.

No doubt there was someone rich enough but rich people want to make money not throw it away just to please boxing fans.

There is someone out there who can pay Wilder and AJ 100 mil each if they wanted but this makes no sense as people want to make money not lose it.

I was young when I first saw it and it was very much considered one of the most gritty, violent and shocking films of its time, one of those films that had such a notorious reputation that even those who hadn't seen it knew of it. I've always liked prison films for some strange reason but, yeah, it's as grim as hell and some of the scenes are really horrible. It certainly made a big impression on me when I saw it and I found it really shocking and disturbing. But as you say it's a classic and I enjoyed it much more when I saw it again when I was older and not so easily shocked lol

I love Made in Britain. In fact, I used to have it on VHS and I've seen it many, many times. Roth was fantastic in it.
