Ismael Salas kinda lost the plot there, Bellew was being nice to him and Salas told him to “shut up”. Haye looks so pissed off, you can tel he is dying to talk trash. If he wins on Saturday emphatically I expect him to trash talk the **** out of Joshua for weeks to get the payday fight.
I always wanted to see that fight when Haye moved up would have been one hell of a fight in its day. Could still be a classic 3-5 round shootout now. How about when Povetkin caves Joshua in this September, Haye can have first dibs in Russia for the big bucks.
Yeh it would be a good old fashioned punch up. id want to see haye fight either Whyte or povetkin before AJ, he will need it and it would be two good fights. preferably povetkin, they are both similar age fighters who bring the bombs.
Before Froch rocked up and KTFO of Groves in a rematch, he had not.... Pulled out of over 5 fights injured (including 2 big money fights with Tyson Fury), Blamed losing his biggest fight on an injured toe, Then retired for almost 4 years due to an injury, Then lost the first against Bellew fight due to an injury, Then delayed the rematch due to an injury. There is a common theme here somewhere.

At the press conference today just before they opened the floor for questions Adam Smith made a point of asking the audience in attendance if they could keep their language clean and the very first guy that got on the mic (one of Bellew's filthy little oik fans) dropped an F bomb with in seconds. Why does Bellew insist on calling himself fat all the time? It’s not quirky or funny or anything just really annoying. He did well in the first fight but it’s gone to his head big style. Always saying his first priority is his wife and kids/boxing is dangerous/made enough money to retire so why doesn’t he then? Why risk it anymore? Honestly, if your in a room full of dickheads swearing at you and shouting over you all time it would be very hard to not lose your temper so David did well to stay calm there. I hope Haye wins because Bellew has become completely unbearable.
