Holy ****. Your doing my nut in.

You clearly thick as pig ****.

STEROIDS ARE LEGAL IN THE UK SO LONG AS THEY ARE FOR PERSONAL USE. NO PRESCRIPTION OF ANY TYPE OR ADVICE FROM A DOCTOR AND/OR PHARMACIST IS REQUIRED.

so they are legal for medicinal purposes ...... just like methadone.

"Anabolic steroids are currently controlled as Class C drugs under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. The ACMD report states: “They are prescription only medicines and can only be lawfully sold or supplied in accordance with a prescription from an appropriate practitioner"

so you cannot legally sell me steroids.

Oh my god. How stupid are you??

    Seriously.

NHS link "It is legal to possess or import/export anabolic steroids as long as they are intended for personal use and in the form of a medicinal product“

Frank link ‘It's legal to possess or import steroids as long as they're for personal use’

Drugswise link ‘In most situations the possession offence is waived meaning that people who possess or use steroids without a prescription are unlikely to be prosecuted’

The actual government itself (last link pg 12) ‘ it is legal to possess or import/export anabolic steroids as long as they are intended for personal use and in the form of a medicinal product’

You happy now? You have got to stuck up on the selling of steroids, this is essentially always illegal in the U.K.

I’m not referred to that once, I’m talking purely of the POSSESSION of steroids. I could walk into a local police station and inject test in my arse. I might get in trouble for the possession of a sharp object but definitely not the actual steroid. No prescription required.

Haha, that explains a lot, mate. Honestly, @delboy82 is a smashing chap. As the travellers say when they’re filming a fight on a country lane and posting it on YouTube...”Shake hands lads, come now, shake hands”.

You do realise that in my very first post I said that you can possess steroids. Oh dear, no but they could bust you for buying them as you dont have a prescription.

At no point have I said its illegal to possess steroids!

the only reason I kept it going is the personal insults he started throwing. Otherwise I would have left it. I think its been a case of crossed wires to be honest.

Actually no. It's not. Using Clenbuterol to fatten beef cattle is banned pretty much worldwide bar South America. It is certainly banned in uk, Ireland, continental Europe etc etc (Hence Canelos little problem/excuses)

Also "illegal" (within the laws/rules of sport) for athletes in competition.

Glad to keep you informed. All part of the service. No extra charge!

Well I have no idea why you’ve quoted my post then because that’s all I’ve ever said.

One thing though, you only need a license to buy steroids if you intend to sell etc.

Me and you wouldn’t need a license to buy a steroid is it was for personal use.

Anyway, I wasn’t having a go at you personally. As I said, I do train in relevant workplaces regarding steroids (all drugs), so I’m constantly doing CPD ensuring my knowledge on them is up to date. I’m very diligent.

Another interesting one - not illegal for a 5/10/15 year old to smoke cigarettes. The law changed putting the responsibility to the person they got it, ensuring the young person isn’t prosecuted for possession but the adult is for supplying. (Good change IMO, not the kids fault!)

I think losing your temper and throwing the insults round always undermines any knowledgeable debate. I suspect the rubbish weather & alcohol is the main factor though. Being Scottish, you’ll surely share some solidarity for him. haha.
