    Velez is a tough nut to crack. I think he never was knocked down in his whole pro career.
    He is heavy handed and very quick, good working rate and good mixture of body & head attacks.
    Garcia is the bigger man naturally but i expect a strong start from Velez, maybe he will slow down in the mid/late stage of the fight but do not see an early stoppage tbh.
    Mid/late round stoppage for Garcia or a wide decision.
    Velez is definitely underrated.

    Even though he looks like a goofy bisexual teenager crossed with an ostrich and a matinee idol, those shots he dropped Vargas with did look fast, sharp and they did sound powerful.
