Tyson in the Lewis fight was an example of a completely shot fighter. But even when he was taking a brutal beatdown, his balance looked ok. Haye looked like a criple in comparison.

Haye has done and said enough over the years for me not to be too upset for him.

Haye walks away with his brain cells intact and a nice couple of paydays, maybe not the end he wanted but not many fighters walk away on a winning note.

Haye wants to be thankful he didn't end up getting a Joshua or Wilder fight, it could have been a lot worse for an ending.

I get the impression Hearn and Joshua absolutely despise Haye and I’m not quite sure why?

Haye was a brilliant fighter in his day who’s clearly come back for money but he’s always been very respectable to his opponents when he’s not trying to sell a fight. I’m not quite sure what the agenda is against Haye is? Hearn and Joshua seem to be falling over themselves to belittle him. It’s a weird one.

Check the press conference from Bellew v Haye 1.

Haye went into a rant about how he will destroy matchroom boxing and had a go at Eddie Hearn.

He just doesn’t want to let it go, does he? “I want to retire at 31”, he’s 37 now. “I’m feeling fitter and stronger than ever”, his Achilles snaps, after it being injured already. “I’m feeling even stronger”, his balance is all **** and he gets bounced around by a guy who couldn’t hurt Nathan cleverly in 24 rounds. “I’ve got to review the tapes”, when asked where he goes from here.
You duped the public again. You still won’t retire, hoping do it again. Sure he was once a great fighter, but the man is utterly deluded.

the thing that makes me laugh at this point is that he would rather say Tony has his number than admit being injured. His knows how history will look at the fight I guess but its a but cringe watching him deny any injury at all when everyone and their uncle knows full well he went in there injured lol

Not sure it's as embarrassing a late career loss as Tyson vs Williams or McBride to be fair. Still up there though. :ohno

What is so sad about it ? He conned the very naive British public for HOPEFULLY the last freaking time.

His body is done since he pulled out twice against T.Fury and retired. He cant take it anymore simple as that.

The sad part is that he will lose all his money on that promotional company he got running now and will have to probably fight again and brits will buy it again.
