Yep, anyone north of 35 is prone to falling apart at anytime. We've seen a lot of older heavies recently come off 2nd best.

Wlad 39 and 41 for his 2 recent losses
    Browne 38 when facing Whyte
Ortiz 38?, looked poor for some time and unsurprisingly came up short at 38 in his first title shot
Chagaev 37 when Browne KO'ed him when he was ahead
Adamek 39 when KO'ed by Molina when ahead
Stiverne 36 loses on points to Wilder but then at 37 struggles vs Rossy and at 39 looks shot when blown away in 1
Haye 36 and 37 when beaten by Bellew

Povetkin at 38 will need to turn back the clock if he's to beat Joshua. Most likely he's made to look his age and is blown away with surprising ease.

legit monster at cw? he fought for the title he won against an unproven stiff. almost got ko'd. fled cw without fighting a top ten fighter, to fight an old washed up, overrated to begin with Haye. the top seven or eight cw's make easy work of bellew.

    Haye will carry on.

There are some smaller pay days out there if he wants to become a name on upcoming fighters records.

I'd like to see him fight Wilder. Not a huge size mismatch there, at least in terms of natural weight, and Wilder has a ton of flaws that Bellew could capitalise on. Both with the WBC as well (Bellew is still emeritus champ I believe).

Makabu was no stiff, or were you referring to Flores? I can't recall who he fought for the title. Think it was Makabu.

Anyway, Bellew is a legit top ten cruiser. He's not near the top, but he'd be favourite over a number of names there.

He was adamant about quitting at thirty precisely because he didn't want to be forced into fighting on way past his best for easy paydays. Sad thing was, unlike many fighters at that age, he genuinely got into a position that would make that a reality but blew it through his own flagrant spending habits and terrible investments. In the end the swagger and self-belief that led him to the heights doomed him to his fate.

Beautifully phrased. Almost a perfect Greek tragedy with the heroes early success ultimately undermined by his inner flaws. Nemesis looms in the shape of the monstrous Bellew, in a final aching soliloquy, a bloodied and bowed Haye addresses the baying crowd as the scheming moon faced god Herne the ****er that plotted his downfall cackles from the sidelines.

Won't be surprising at all to me. Povetkin vs Joshua will be one of, if not the biggest mismatch in boxing history at the 'elite' level. That fight should be condemned altogether as neither should be allowed to face each other in the ring because of how big of a mismatch it really is.

I can't bear to imagine the astronomical permanent life damage Joshua would inflict on Povetkin. Broken bones, broken limbs, broken teeth, broken eye socket, broken ribs and etc. You name it! It'd be a gruesome sight of total horror and disgust. Almost like from a horror movie.

Haye looked like bhop did last time out, despite bhop looking in fantastic shape, had the body of a young man the way he moved in the ring he looked like a grandad it was weird, Haye was looking very similar, I though he even looked worse this time than last time despite having slighter better tactics early on, the way he moved he looked old. Makes me respect wlads performance against AJ even more now at 40 years old.

Its sad seeing somebody who used to be great go out like that but this is the nature of the beast, haye has knocked plenty of people out and been the one celebrating and i am sure gave no ****s about them after, so you can't complain when one day your on the other end of things.

He should absolutely retire, but i have a strange feeling he will come back.

Nice trolling. Joshua is ducking Povetkin big time.

Bellew is NOT going to be **** at cruiser either. he is getting his ****ing big british head getting knocked lean off against top cruiser too. Bellew just fought shot man twice, get it straight...

makabu is barely top ten, if that. he still almost ko'd bellew. flores hasn't one top notch victory his entire career. flores is bellew with a little less talent.

Haye lost his athleticism. I don't recall seeing someone go from his level of "explosive" to looking like he's punching under water, so quickly. It's sad...I hate it for him, but he is finished.
