Anybody else OK with Canelo/GGG fighting diff opponents come Sept???

It was a little surprising to hear Sanchez flat out say Golovkin will never be unified champ because Saunders will never fight him. I mean many Golovkin fans want to see him fight Saunders more than Canelo or anyone else at this point.

 

If he fights Charlo, Golovkin, Murata or any technically sound pressure fighters who have power, some of the dumb stuff he does will cause him trouble.

He throws a left hook, and he doesn't even have his right hand up to protect himself from a counter. Good thing David Lemieux is braindead and throws the shortest left hook to counter it. That kind of **** worries me. Also, his natural instinct of leaning back when Lemieux tries to rush is a problem too, he needs to maintain the range with his right hand, he's gonna get KO'd doing stupid stuff like that.

Yes we've heard it time and time again from the doubters and the haters.

 

GGG is like most fighters. They weigh risk/reward.

That's how I became a big fan of Canelo, because he fights anyone regardless of risk/reward ratio.

 

i was a big fan too til this clen fiasco reinforced my position that he has no business at 160. he just wants to eat, he is becoming a chavez jr., they don't want to keep their weights down and act like professionals.

 

so oscar came up w a scenario where canelo could eat - get fat - diet down w clen - fight the big money fight at 160 where everyone would be happy but they got caught.

 

Ever been in a relationship where you two just keep on fighting n fighting them you guys finally break up and then you wanna get back together but you two know that you’re both over it n wanna see other people? That’s how I feel about GGG V Canelo. I know you’ve got differing opinions on the victor, but GGG won clearly in my mind and a rematch would’ve been nice but with all the drama and delays tbh I’m over it. I’d rather they see other ppl now. Cause I know if they try n rematch it’s gonna be a long ass drawn out affair of stupid ****ing politics and then they’ll end up fighting in 2019 and waste all this time they could’ve spent vsing other legit opponents (who are just as legit as GGG or Canelo but don’t have the big cash money boy status). Just as you would’ve wasted time with ur ex trying to make it work when ya coulda just been ****ing the equally hot but not emotionally ****ed up chick from tinder.

 

If either fight saunders ill give them a pass... but lets say canelo fights saunders who does GGG fight? Maybe charlo

Yes I been said I would like both guys to fight top contenders and then the winners meet.. I wouldn’t mind Nelo-BJS and GGG-Jacobs.. Jacobs-Dere and Mira-Andrade.. I’m all for all these top guys facing each other..

 

by the time they fight again, canelo is gonna beat the chit out of ggg, its gonna be hard to watch.

 

My money is on Canelo fighting someone NOT ranked in the top 5 or maybe even top 10 for his "comeback" fight.
