Would be an awesome fight if it happened. Both like to come forward, both have a high work rate, both pretty easy to hit, I'd imagine it would be a war. Would be like to trains heading for a collision, bound to be dramatic.

But don't think it will happen with Miller being touted as a possible opponent for Joshua. As long as that's a realistic possibility you'd think Miller wouldn't take too many risks.

I really can't see Miller winning this fight. It would be competitive but I see Joyce using Miller as a 300 pound heavy bag and getting a late stoppage.

Anybody else think Joe Joyce is just the British version (a really really poor version) of George Foreman?

This could be a pretty good fight. I can see both winning here. Can't imagine this goes to the distance tbh.

Bloody hell, i know Joyce is looking to take big steps but that is a leap, or atleast it feels like one. But with age really against him and his ambitions set high then why not. A win over Miller should have him in the top 10-15 of the organisations, and we thought Joshua was fast tracking.

Good luck to him though, if him, his coach and Haye feel he is ready, go for it. Im still waiting for something from Miller that shows he is as good as his rankings and his fans say he is. But then im still not totally sold on Joyce yet either. He holds an odd frame and gaurd and stands really square on and i cant tell if its good or something that will work against him at the higher levels of the division.

I think Miller beats him, I think Miller is just a better boxer and Joyce's relentless push forward style will be running straight in to a man who isn't exactly small, Miller is a large lump and he looks like he can take a dig.

Gotta respect joyce seems to be willing to fight anybody, Still want to see more of him before i can decide how good he is, he looks very sloppy and slow at times, but he also looks super awkward and very effective with what he dose, throws a **** load of punches and appears to have good stamina, Doesn't appear to have any 1 punch ko power but he still looks heavy handed and breaks guy's down.

That's what makes this possible fight so compelling. Joyce is at his best when he can push his opponent back and out work them but in Miller he has a guy big enough and strong enough to push him back and who also likes the throw at a high rate. I can't see either of them being able to box off the back foot to a decision they lack the skills and movement to do so, so it's just a straight out slug fest until one of them breaks.

Maybe Joyce's class and amateur experience shines through and he overwhelms Miller or perhaps the sheer size and strength of Miller see him pound Joyce into the ground.

Joyce is clearly not wasting time and looking to step up to contender status soon. Even if he loses he can regroup much like Haye did when he lost to Thompson when he was thrown in too deep too soon. Problem Joyce has he won't have much time to rebuild if he does lose, he'll have to be thrown into the deep end again pretty soon, time isn't on his side.

Miller's handlers won't allow him take that fight. Joyce isn't popular enough and is too dangerous. Great potential fight though
