By looking at how Hayes footwork totally failed him. And the fact he looked like he'd hardly trained by gassing so early. Do people think he was injuryed going in to the fight and couldn't train properly etc?

Haye should of retired when his doctor said he should NEVER FIGHT AGAIN

Haye coming back from surgery and 3 years of alone shows you haye was ****ed he has a divorce his wife took half and he had to pay 500,000 grand on something else he had no choice but to come back and fight and he picked 2 bums on dave (his injuries didn't show up because he got rid of them) then he was looking for a big payday and tony was there

If you remember the first fight there was a rumour he flied to Germany days before the fight because of his achilies turned out his achilies went in the fight

His achilies was never ever fully recovered his arm was also ****ed when he injured his becep

Bottom line was haye was shot and injured tony shouldn't get no credit

Agreed. Divorce, bad investments, a very expensive lifestyle as evidenced by his insta (holidays in Mustique) etc.

Did he seem to be trying to avoid putting weight on the back foot to others?

Yes. It was also the first thing that buckled when Bellew chinned him first time as well.

His body was in such a wretched state Cripple Crusher Cotto was seriously contemplating coming out of retirement to make his HW debut.

Permanently injured or shot, take your pick because it's the same thing.

Haye still had no respect for Bellew's punching and paid the price. That was my takeaway.

Bellew was weight drained when he lost to Stevenson. Superman should get no credit.

    Like that narrative?
