Just lmfao. He needs to learn how to box.

Guy is still a warrior though, has my respect.

What a legend. Dude probably would of been elite if he had he started boxing as a kid and had an amateur career.

He came in in cracking shape that night, looked like a white Ken Norton.

He didn't really get time to learn to box in any kind of elite manner. Started way too late.

Bullshitter off camera saying "Excellent!" and "that's better!" No industry has as many bullshitters as Fitness.

It blows my mind how many people who don’t really understand exercise and nutrition can make a living from being a PT. Don’t mean to disrespect any PTs here but I don’t class it as a profession. I have more knowledge and better results than almost all the PTs I’ve ever come across in gyms.

Strength and conditioning coaches are another matter. That’s a real profession with genuine study and qualifications required.

In Australia we are all pumped that we finally might get the epic showdown between Lucas Browne and Alex Leapai.

If he was a natural lmw and coming off a devastating KO loss he could of perhaps temptes Danny Green out of retirement.
