Are you just picking a name at random here or did you actually seriously consider that comparison? Please elaborate on how you can compare two fighters with vastly different styles, size and weight.

    Let me rephrase your question..

Anybody else think Joe Joyce is just the British version (a really really poor version) of *insert random boxers name here*?

    I wonder if it's a boxing match or a pie-eating contest.

If you can't see it then you can't see it, it's just my opinion, there is no need to start acting like a tosser. You could have just said "I don't, what do you mean" without the sarcasm and BS.

Anyway, I did your job for you and I google searched the two names together.. I wasn't the only one to make the comparison.

Read them before you comment at me again because I will question you.

    I'll give you two quotes.

Joshua "he is a beast who has the power of Georger Foreman"

"David Haye likens his style to George Foreman."

So before you get out your pram again and start trying to mug me off do a little research and open your eyes.

Yeah very true, you always have to watch the quiet ones.

But be fair, he seriously struggles in interviews, it's all so awkward.

The reason Joyce wants it is because in September last year I went to Canelo vs ggg around vegas and la and I see big baby and he was training in the mayweather gym and then a week later Joyce was in the same hotel as me in marina del Rey and he told me and my friends that he busted big baby up in sparing @CST80 can validate this ✌

Some of the things he did were painful to watch, hands down, trying to weave his way in like a drunken dad on the dance floor, lol.

But as crude and as sloppy as Joyce looks at times, I wouldn't right him off just yet. I like technical fighters and Joyce clearly at first glance isn't technical in the slightest. But you don't have to be technically good or fundamentally sound to succeed.

I never rated Froch because he was so sloppy and wide open at times. But his desire, chin, power and relentless determination saw him rise to the top. Same with Tyson Fury, he could look awful at times, uppercutting himself, walking into shots like against Cunningham, but when he was up against the more fundamentally sound and technical Wlad he boxed circles around him. Wilder is another, he looks like a joke at times but then he lands that equalizer of a right hand.

Joyce for all his flaws has clear strengths too. I think he could surprise a few people if his chin isn't complete glass.

What's in it for Miller to fight a novice? Joyce is aiming too high and should troll closer to home.

He's not ready, not even close to being ready. Miller is a tank
that moves his hands, a lot. He's defensively responsible, and
what shots gets through, so far he's taken without any semblance
of an issue. And for his size his engine is excellent. There's levels
to this and Joyce ain't that level yet. Let's see him in with some
sturdy fighters first before you guys get all aboard the Joyce train.

lol I think Haye is probably going to end up doing most if not all of his trash talking for him ala Angel Garcia and Danny. They should just let Joyce be himself instead of trying to make him something he's not. He's a big affable giant who does his talking in the ring and they should leave it that way.

Joyce has 4 fights and has been boxing professionally for 7 months. Now who exactly is avoiding this guy?

    This.

I think they should go down the 'Gentleman Joe' route and, like you say, be himself. If he steps up to world level and remains a destroyer in the ring and a gent out of it, that would be a good unique selling point ie: the contrast. Trash talk sells but bad trash talk don't.... so why even try?
