I wouldn't be surprised if Marquez was the biggest drug cheat in the history of boxing.

I'm going to ask you because Isal has been ducking the question and I think you will do your best to answer. You have stated that Canelo passed multiple tests in the training camp before he failed the two tests what are your sources as I have not been able to find that info amywhere?

Marketed in Europe as an asthma medication under the brand name Spiropent, clenbuterol is a Beta 2 sympathomimetic steroid that is illegal in the United States. Chemically, clenbuterol is a beta(2)-agonist and is classified as a stimulant. ...Clenbuterol is infamous for being abused as a weight loss drug for bodybuilder. No wada tested athlete is allowed to take as it is quite a bit more then just an asthma medication.

That's a good question you ask and I do not recall claiming that Canelo was tested just prior to the two tests he tested positive for Clenbuterol in February.

According to the articles I found, the rematch was signed on or around Jan 29th, 2018. So as part of that agreement, another round of random testing would be called for as part of the contract. We know Canelo was tested Feb 17th and Feb 20th where he tested positive for clenbuterol. It is unclear if he (or Golovkin for that matter) were being tested before Feb 17th.

I'm guessing that after being tested following the first bout, they were probably not being tested from October until mid February when the random testing started again following the signing of the rematch and both fighters agreeing to more testing in late January.

And as far as I know, that's pretty standard for fighters. (they're tested before during and after they fight, then they can go on vacation and have time off from being tested - which is not inherently suspicious by the way) I mean if you went on vacation, would you want some lab rat stalking you and following you around asking you to give him your urine at random times during the day when you're relaxing on the beach?

I'm all in favor of fighters being randomly tested, and I understand what the WBC's CBP is trying to clean up the sport, but at the same time after agreeing to voluntary testing over several months, I don't see anything wrong with a fighter having time off between testing when on vacation between fights. I know that's when you think it gives fighters free reign to dope, but that's not the time that you are going to realize the benefits of PED use. (those benefits generally occur when you are training / fighting) So whether or not Canelo was being tested in early February, it doesn't prove anything one way or another.
