Boone says GGG hits as hard as Kovalev, Kovalev KO'd Cleverly brutally, Bellew couldn't and he had two tries, one at LHW and at CW.:ggg

Are you absolutely sure about that?

Billy Conn badly hurt and nearly stopped the great Joe Louis in a fight with a 25lbs weight difference.

GGG at 173 could certainly do damage given his power and skillset. Haye really is useless.

GGG, although not hurt, has been physically moved in his last 2 fights by punches from middleweights....

Haye puts him on the canvas.

Why waste his career at MW when he could've beat Valuev for a HW world title then?

Because you're missing the crux of my ****ing point, injured fighters are very vulnerable to being KO'd by a decent puncher as long as they're in the ballpark of their weight division, was Valuev vulnerable, a sitting duck with a bad leg and a **** chin to begin with? No he wasn't. So.... your point?

    Yes Valuev was Vulnerable.

He had the agility of a one legged giraffe.

If GGG could beat the current version of Haye, he could've beat Valuev.

Valuev's chin wasn't vulnerable, and GGG would be incapable of doing damage, since he wouldn't have been able to sit down on his punches properly due to the extreme height disparity, so its a moot point.

haye is fast as well as the bigger proportions by a landslide. 3G wont be stopped, his chin is iron, but he will struggle, blink and stagger a fair few times more than haye.

This is a weird, almost ghoulish sort of thread. Since a healthy Haye wins easily, it's basically: "How badly is Haye permanently injured?"

From what I saw I would guess it could be possible for a top MW or SMW to pull off a decision win (or mercy stoppage if too many punches are unanswered) if they survived the early rounds. But I wouldn't be sure, weight classes exist for a reason and it's hard to tell whether Haye is now just a big punching bag or has enough mobility left to still fight in a sense.

Valuev is a bit different. With that huge reach, plus the fact that most MWs would hardly even be able to reach his chin, no 5' 11 MW would get close enough to land anything useful.

WTF kind of question is this? 3G just became a pro when nikolay was already title holder.

GGG had a very length amateur career..

For a guy who has such devestating power, it makes no sense why he hasn't challenged for a HW title.....

You now, maybe you mean this, maybe not, but this sounds like something someone who know absolutely nothing boxing would say... It's just plain stupid dude. I get the impression you know that.

The last time someone doubted by opinion that Hearn would modernise the sport, allowing it to grow....He signed the largest deal the sport had seen.

These kind of threads are becoming tedious and boring now, so i will give them the exact kind of responses they deserve...
    Joshua v Tyson? Sure....
    GGG v Hopkins defences? Sure....

    MW v HW? No thanks.....

Why not have a "Would Lomachenko outbox Wilder" thread?
