No it's sarcastic I just felt like posting it. Lol come on man, it's a legitimate question. I was just curious on how it can translate to the ring.

    By possibly/probably giving you...

    - More speed
    - More power
    - More strength
    - More stamina
    - Better recovery
    - Better training camps
    - Easier time making weight while also preserving muscle

Im somewhat baffled by the question to be honest.

Just because it doesnt improve skills doesnt mean it doesnt provide an array of other benefits.

    Helps you hit harder
Helps you last longer so that you still have KO power late in a fight
Helps you cut weight to make weight classes you simply wouldn't be able to fight in without PEDS

In the case of Clenbuterol it will help with STAMINA and recovery and breathing.

You can have your nose cracked, broken and bleeding but still breath and continue fighting whilst swallowing blood.

Also Clenbuteroled boxer might get knocked down hard and get up recover and still come back with a lot of energy in the second half of the fight. It's helps a boxer in the last few round when fatigues sets in..

To have that stamina and the ability to breath etc..

Look at Manny Pacquiao, it was unheard for fighters to do what he achieved. Moving up through the weights. Think he is an example of what Peds do for fighters.

I don't get why people downplay the effects of peds in any sport, purposely or not.

There have been studies done that have proven beyond a doubt that peds work, and sometimes even in ways beyond expectation. There's a reason why it's so widely used, and why athletes take the risk.
In boxing the results are significant, because no matter what some "purists" seem to believe, the sport is very, very physical.
More power, more stamina, better recovery, twitch reaction, you name it.. all things proven without a doubt to benefit from ped use.

Sometimes PED abusers are best identified by how they recover energy levels during a fight, when they have been hurt or have clearly gassed only to miraculously recover. I'm not gonna throw any names at this theory because it will only side track this thread but we can all think of a few examples.

I'm not sure if science supports this theory but I have watched a few miracle recoveries and wondered....

Depends where the fighter who took the PEDs comes from. If the fighter happens to be American they're basically one step down from placebos.

Some boxing fans seem to believe that these magic bills turn journeymen into champions. Don't burst their fantasy bubble!

I'm not sure many people think that; I certainly don't... but in a well-matched contest at elite level, PEDs make that 2-3% difference which is often decisive, especially when in the championship rounds fatigue dulls skill-sets and the point of difference become almost entirely physical. And that adds a mental advantage too, I suspect...

PEDs have the same benefits as paracetamol, caffeine or other artificial chemicals in the 21st century do. Which pretty much everyone in the 21st century living in at least 2nd world countries use anyway. In other words, when everyone can use it (which they should be allowed to), then there won't any longer exist any unfair advantages for certain athletes over their opposition.

So there shouldn't be anything to worry about!

Artificial enhancement of humans (not just athletes) through technological means is the norm in the 21st century. I don't understand why athletes or any human should be deprived from using PEDs in the modern civilization. Why should an athlete, not be allowed to consume Mexican beef or Clenbuterol when non-athletes and average civilians are allowed to consume it?

    Makes no sense whatsoever!

Fast twitch muscle capability can be increased with P.E.D.s. Handspeed, and power generated is increased. Just look at the difference in a Sprinter's times before using and after. Gatlin being an exception.
