Nope, he needs to eat a couple of Mexicows and Bri'ish boars first for him to become the most powerful :coleman:

Yes he is, right after Kalle "up the nose" Sauerland.

Heath said there is a 20 mil limit for one show. On that basis i think he gets Thurman and Spence. 5mil each after a fight vs a nobody first for good money

There is a long way to go before we can start considering him the most powerful. He has built the base of the platform but this thing needs to take off and over time become dominant. He has a good stable of fighters but he needs an amazing stable of fighters to really succeed to the max so he needs to get off to a good start to attract them.

I hope the Americans take to it because they will reap the rewards of it in the long run. Hearn has always known that the American market is there to be taken because it is run by sneaky sleazy old timers who are charging way too much money from the fans. All Hearn has to do is offer better events and ask for less money. I just hope the American public are willing to give this a fair chance.

Working class mentality keeps you hungry for success.

So many silver spoon kids end up destroying their family empires.

Boxing is money and right now he aint made F all. His gates are tiny, his PPV revenue is tiny, his biggest fighter makes orders of magnitude less than a Mayweather, Pacman or even McGregor the boxer.

DAZN have literally no money. AJ makes more per year now than Perform Groups annual net profit FFS.

Perform’s majority shareholder is among the 50 wealthiest people in the world.

Access Industries are the ones bankrolling this, and they’re not shy of a penny or two.

Surely more money means better fights/shows/undercards. This is good news, no?

Potentially. But we dont know what HBO or Showtimes response is yet. They may put up more money too.

I'm betting they did. Very unlikely one of their signed acts sent Eddie a message in crayon promising big bucks.

That's why it's a very wise move on Barry's behalf to keep an eye on things, giving his son some guidance now and then....

Barry's more into his snooker, darts and ping pong but does keep a eye on boxing still. Goes to some fights. Has a raging boner for Sam eggington.

But what Eddie has done for the boxing side is far more than rich kid playing with daddies toy.
