Backnee isn't exclusive to people on gear, millions of people who are not on gear get backnee and millions of people who ARE on gear DON'T get backnee. Based on this logic linares has a full head of hair, hes not on gear because gear makes you go bald. That is literally how pointless this evidence is.

Most athletes are on a high carb diet. Same applies to natural carbohydrates. Carbohydrates cause a massive spike in insulin levels which in turn can lead to acne.

It can come out of nowhere from a number of factors, diet, stress, or it can just happen for no reason, It can also come from ped's too this is true, but the point is calling everybody who develops back acne a drugs cheat, is beyond ridiculous to anybody over the age of about 12.
