Carbs are bad for you in general. Stay as far away as you can.
Butthere is a case for building muscle and carbs.

 

Funny that in everyday life 1/40 people have acne on their back and in boxing it seems half the boxers have it, must be a coincidence, I understand diet and everything but well around 70% of boxers are on gear so its very likely Linares is also on it... same applies to loma

It's directly related to their workouts. All the sweat with their extreme dieting acne is normal

correct, a more direct comparison would be between high level athletes in aerobic intensive sports, not the guy changing your tires.
