Pbf was a technician at 130 as well and dominated everyome he got into the ring with at 130. Physical attruites have to come into play when you have two great technicians in the ring and that would end up being the difference.

Linares has been preparing for Loma's style for over a year too.

 There were an awful lot of 'fans' praying to their god tonight for Loma aka Mr. Daring to be Great Like No Other to lose. Many of them being the ''daring to be great'' crowd who despise GGG for not ''daring to be great''

Floyd had beaten Manfredy but obviously Loma is a quantam leap from El Diablo (who I liked).

Would have been amazing to see Floyd try to work out Loma's style and Loma try to work out Floyd's advantages in size and timing.

I may disagree with your conclusion on the fight, but I respect where you're coming from :beer-toast1:

I had it even watching on the flat screen, so those scores were within reason in my opinion.

Ok just watched it again, clear Linares round, he did the majority of the work - I'd take a second look

That's true. Manfredy actually grew up not too far from me. It was cool to see him go as far as he did, wish he could've gotten a title....(well, I guess he did have that WBU one for awhile)

If you're only paying attention to power shot attempts, maybe; Lomachenko still outscored him with jabs and none of Linares' shots got in super cleanly. The commentators over-hyped Linares' supposed "landing in combination", at most I think he got like two in a row flush touches, and even that only happened a couple of times over the course of three minutes.
