It'll be almost two years since Garcia fought at that weight before he fights next. Here's hoping that fight is with Lomachenko, but either way, Linares has been the best guy active in that division.

If the bigger and stronger Linares was in this fight how come Loma barely has any marks on his face?

garcia has been saying he wants loma to get a title at 135 and they rumble, he was saying he was going to move back to 135 to unify before moving up permanently, since before his last fight. a bonafide super fight at 135 and the timing is this year.

I have my doubts it'll happen that way, personally. I hope it does, but it's a long time to move up and then back down again - can see him having difficulty with it and possible catchweight scenario.

Stays the same i figured he would either win by ud or a TKO. It was closer than i thought but in fairness to loma it was his first fight in a new weight class.

Lomas stock rises for me, he showed me he can overcome adversity coz linares was coming on strong. He becomes no.1 p4p for me now.

He didn't dominate him and Mikey is the consensus no.1. But it was impressive by Loma nonetheless

no. i have been a garcia supporter thus far, but only as far as what he deserves when hes not getting it, but if he makes a loma fight difficult to make, then hes full of chit and i cant expect him to carry through with his cocky threats about stepping to the hard work at 147.
if he cant make 135 anymore then loma is too good to lose to a garcia who CAN make 135... or could.

So Linares landed nothing and Loma was dropped because their feet tangled up. Ok, I get it. Hit me back after you remove Loma's nuts from your mouth.

Rises but at the same time, Linares exposed some vulnerabilities and made Loma look beatable for the first time since Salido.
