You have to factor in size after watching the Linares fight.. and Linares skills are not remotely close to Crawford’s

I don't think Loma or Bud were true lightweights, but they were coming from opposite ends of the spectrum. There'd be a massive size difference in ring....gotta say I'd edge Crawford, though it'd be foolish to rule Loma out. I can't shake how Bud basically laughed off the flush power shots Gamboa was landing on him early.

No doubt in my mind Loma stops Bud back at 135 in 2014.

 

Forget about this fight, Crawford would murder Lomachenko and I'm not saying this to detract from Loma, Crawford is far too big plain and simple. Linares makes Loma look small, Crawford would make him look like a midget.

 

Must have missed it, because the fight I remember is that Bud was sloppier defensively than usual while figuring him out because he'd decided early on he could take Gamboa's best shot just fine.

 

I'm talking about in terms of frame more, Crawford is a natural WW plain and simple.

I remember he posted a picture not long ago on instagram and his weight was something like 170lbs? I guess you can say he wasn't as big when he fought Gamboa but still it was achieved through crazy levels of dehydration.

 

Loma is the better fighter. Eye test tells me that just a matter if he’s big enough for bud.
